    Service / IT Support Specialist - Field Service Technician

    IT Support Specialist

    Carolina Business Equipment is seeking an IT Support Specialist capable of providing a full range of onsite IT services to our customers. The successful candidate must have prior experience working with and supporting LAN/WAN technologies, including: switches, routers, Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory administration, common email servers (Exchange, GroupWise, etc), wireless applications (including support for mobile users), network printers and document management systems, and desktop/laptop hardware. Certifications in any of the stated technologies are a plus but at least 3 years experience is necessary. Additionally, the qualified applicant must be able to work well with a team and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Since this position requires direct contact with our customer base, proper attire and grooming are essential. Dependable transportation is also required. Excellent compensation package, including medical insurance, dental, 401k, profit sharing and car allowance.
